Gravy and QuickBooks Online
Gravy sends each approved repair order to QuickBooks as an invoice with your sales tax and shop supplies. It updates the invoice when a customer approves more work or you give a discount, and it syncs payments both ways, so your books match your shop without retyping.
To connect
Open your shop’s Gravy, go to Settings, and click Connect QuickBooks. Sign in to Intuit and choose your company.

Open your shop’s Gravy at your usual address. Everything runs from there.
What Gravy does with your QuickBooks data
It sends approved invoices, customer contact details and payments recorded in Gravy, and reads back payments, sales tax settings and your own invoice records so both stay in step. It never sells or shares QuickBooks data. You can disconnect at any time in Settings. See our Privacy Policy.
